This Privacy Policy describes how AcademiQ ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Scope

The Services may be offered to organizations (tenants) and their end users. If you use AcademiQ through a school or center, that organization may have additional policies that also apply.

Information we collect

How we use information

Purposes

We use personal information to authenticate users, deliver features requested by the tenant, troubleshoot issues, detect fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Aggregated or de-identified data may be used to understand usage patterns and improve the product.

AI and educational content

When you enable AI features, inputs and outputs may be processed by subprocessors (e.g. model providers) under contractual safeguards. Tenant materials are used to provide functionality for that tenant, not for public model training, unless you separately opt in to any such program we may offer in the future.

Sharing, subprocessors, and retention

Subprocessors
